About Me

Hi, I’m Delilah De Kay, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and therapist at Inspired Practice, LLC. I completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington. My background includes working with children and families, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals in hospice care. These experiences continue to shape the compassion, respect, and deep belief in resilience that I bring into my work.

My own life experiences inspired me to pursue therapy as a way to help others find healing, self-understanding, and strength. I am deeply passionate about working with women, trauma survivors, and LGBTQIA+ individuals, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and valued.

In our work together, I blend relational, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches to support you in exploring personal and relational patterns, deepening your self-understanding, and moving toward the changes you are seeking. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which I use to help process trauma and build emotional resilience.

I am honored to walk beside you on your journey, believing that every twist and turn offers an opportunity to connect more deeply with your true self.

I am currently accepting clients for virtual therapy services throughout the state of Texas. To find out more about Inspired Practice, you can visit the website here.
